Elite Hood Service is hiring a dependable, organized Dispatcher for our Pink Hill office. We provide commercial kitchen hood cleaning and fire protection services. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, keeps schedules organized, and helps our customers and technicians stay informed.

What you’ll do:

Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes.
Confirm appointments and communicate scheduling changes with customers.
Answer calls, respond to messages, and follow up on customer requests.
Keep customer information, job details, and service records updated.
Monitor job progress and help resolve scheduling issues.
Assist with quotes, invoices, and daily office tasks.

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm when schedules change.
Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software.
Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn.
Dispatch, scheduling, or office experience preferred.
Ability to speak and write in Spanish and English preferred, but not required.

Pay and location:

Starting pay of $17 per hour.
Pay increases at 3, 6, and 12 months.
In-person position at our Pink Hill, NC office.
